Your discovery call is a relaxed, no-pressure 20–30 minute conversation designed to help you get a feel for coaching and for how I work. It’s a chance to talk a little about where you are right now and what’s been on your mind, without needing to have everything figured out. While it’s not a full coaching session, many people find that even this short space brings a sense of clarity and relief—simply by saying things out loud and being heard. It also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether this feels like the right next step for you, with no obligation to continue.

The Next Chapter Reset
6-Week Coaching Journey
The Next Chapter Reset offers six weeks of dedicated space to step back, reflect, and begin exploring what you want the next stage of your life to look like.
Across six sessions we gently unpack where you are now and what may be shifting beneath the surface — your priorities, identity, interests, and sense of direction. Coaching is not about advice or quick answers, but about creating the space for you to reconnect with what truly matters to you.
Many women find this journey brings a renewed sense of clarity, perspective, and confidence. By the end of the six weeks you may not have every answer, but you will likely have a clearer sense of what feels meaningful and where you want your life to move next.
If it feels helpful, I can also send a brief WhatsApp check-in during the week to offer encouragement, accountability, or simply to see how things are going. This is entirely optional and only there if you’d like that extra support between sessions.

Designing Your Next Chapter
12-Week Coaching Programme
Designing Your Next Chapter is a deeper coaching journey for women who want the time and support to thoughtfully explore and shape the next stage of their lives.
Over twelve sessions we work together to reflect on where you are now, what you want more of in your life, and how you might begin creating a future that feels more aligned with who you are becoming. The longer timeframe allows space for deeper reflection, meaningful shifts in perspective, and time to explore possibilities you may not have previously considered.
Many women choose this programme when they know they are ready to make meaningful changes in how they live, work, and spend their time — and want the time and support to explore those changes thoughtfully and accountability to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
If it would feel helpful, I can also send occasional WhatsApp check-ins between sessions to offer encouragement, gentle accountability, or simply to see how things are going. This is entirely optional and is there as an added layer of support throughout the programme if you’d like it.
